We offer young entrepreneurs legal advice in all phases of their businesses at reduced and calculable fees.
Free initial consultation and fee proposal
In an initial conversation face-to-face meeting we get to know the team and find upcoming legal issues together. Through precise questions and suggestions we work towards a customised solution concept for the legal realisation of the business idea.
As soon as we have visualized the service to be performed by us, a detailed offer will follow. This offer contains a description of services and details regarding the fee.
Because we know how valuable calculable legal advice costs are, we endeavour to make package deals. Should a determination of our exact workload not be possible at the beginning, our offer will at least include a cost estimate. All services which exceed our cost calculation are settled at reduced hourly fees. Of course we inform our clients in a timely manner about these additional costs.

Start-up- package deals
Here are some examples of our package deals*:
Incorporation of the company
- Articles of association and other constituent documents for the company register
- Participation and syndicate agreement
- Management contract
- Face-to-face appointments, phone calls, e-mails
- Coordination of the constituent documents and appointments with the notary’s office
Depending on the complexity of the requested documents we offer a flat-rate fee ranging from EUR 2.000,00 to EUR 4.000,00.
With very easy standard cases our fee could be even lower.
Round of financing- capital increase
- Check articles of association
- Participation and syndicate agreement
- Documents for capital increase (resolution and company register)
- Check management contract
- Face-to-face appointments, phone calls and e-mails
- Coordination of the documents and appointments with the notary’s office
Depending on the complexity of the existing company structure and the communication effort we offer a flat-rate fee ranging from EUR 3.500,00 to EUR 8.000,00.
With a (surprisingly) easy capital increase our fee could be even lower. A higher fee is possible should there be an especially high communication effort involved.
